णमो अरिहंताणं णमो सिद्धाणं णमो आयरियाणं णमो उवज्झायाणं णमो लोए सव्वसाहूणं

Namo Arihantanam Namo Siddhanam Namo Ayariyanam Namo Uvajjhayanam Namo Loe Savva-Sahunam

I bow to the Arihantas · I bow to the Siddhas · I bow to the Acharyas · I bow to the Upadhyayas · I bow to all the Sadhus — recite continuously

How to recite

Recite the Namokar Mantra continuously throughout the day. Morning and evening Pratikraman ceremonies are essential. Daily Samayik (48-min meditation) with complete mental withdrawal from worldly thought.

✦ Special Note

⚠️ Health Disclaimer: An 8-day water-only fast carries serious health risks. Consult a qualified medical doctor before attempting. This is not suitable for those with diabetes, low blood pressure, pregnancy, heart conditions, or any chronic illness. Observe daily Pratikraman and Samayik throughout. The spiritual merit is in the sincerity and ahimsa — not in the physical severity. Choose the level of austerity that is right for your body and seek guidance from your community.
